All of our prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).
What forms of payment do you accept?
If your card is declined, please double check that your information has been entered correctly. If you are still receiving an error message, please try another card or call your bank. When entering your billing information, please make sure that the billing address matches the address associated with the card.
Please note, sales tax will be applied to merchandise shipped to New York, California and Massachusetts.
All Sale Merchandise is Final Sale.
No returns or exchanges. Previous purchases are not eligible for discount. Sale items are ineligible for price adjustments.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
The Size Guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your size. Our silhouettes vary from slim-fitting to oversized, so each style will have different measurements. If you have questions about a specific style’s measurements, you can always reach out to our Customer Service team.
Do you have a “gifting” option?
Yes, we do. Please select Gift Box at checkout and your order will ship in a custom gift box for an additional $7.00 USD.
Please note that we are only able to accommodate one (1) gift box per order. If you are interested in including more than one gift box to your cart, you must create another order per gift.
We only offer gift boxes with purchase of Sleepy Jones product.
We also offer Sleepy Jones e-gift cards. An e-gift card can be used to purchase any Sleepy Jones item online. Our e-gift cards are delivered to you by email so that you can choose to print or forward the gift card to the recipient. Sleepy Jones e-gift cards do not expire and have no additional processing fees.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes to that order. You can, however, request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need. We process orders quickly, and once an order ships we’re unable to cancel it. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Customer Service right away, and be sure to include your order number in your request. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders with invalid addresses may be returned to us and may delay delivery. If you entered the incorrect delivery address, please contact Customer Service right away.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track It” and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to Customer Service right away.
After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What does Final Sale mean?
All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to Customer Service before placing your order.
Can I return Final Sale items?
All items marked final sale cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. Once received at our warehouse, any final sale return will automatically be shipped back to you. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. If you have questions, contact Customer Service before placing your order.
What happens if I purchase a gift for someone that is “Final Sale”?
Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our “Final Sale” policy and can’t be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size, color, or style.

Price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early you ensure that you get the style in the color and size you want!
Do you offer free shipping in the U.S.?
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental U.S.
How fast is your shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase from our Pennsylvania warehouse, pending availability, credit verification and weather permitting. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date.
We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.
If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option which is only available within the continental U.S. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Any shipping costs are nonrefundable.
During big promotions, please allow an additional day for processing.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Yes! We offer overnight shipping for orders within the continental U.S. You can select Next Day Delivery for $30 at checkout. See the chart below for delivery information. This shipping cost is nonrefundable. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address, which may delay your delivery.
How much does international shipping cost?
We offer worldwide shipping to our customers outside of the United States for a $50 shipping fee. Please note, taxes and duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. You will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives. Duties and taxes are nonrefundable. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please note, there is a $30 restocking fee for international order returns.
What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept goods in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. Return shipping is free for returns within the continental U.S. We also offer returns for our international customers for a $30 re-stocking fee.
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card used to make the purchase. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all underwear, hosiery, eyewear, vintage, sale items and gift boxes are final sale. Please return the goods you buy online through our easy online return process, and the goods you buy in-store back to the store.
Sleepy Jones monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Returns outside of the 14 day policy are ineligible for a full refund and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
If you would like to exchange your good(s), please let us know what new size and/or color you would like instead along with the order number associated with your purchase. We only accept exchanges for like items in a different size and/or color (only if they are the same price). All returns and exchanges must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags and labels. When the return is scanned at our warehouse, we will send the refund or exchange, which generally takes 2 business days from the receipt of the package.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

How do I return an order from outside the U.S.?
If you are sending back a return from outside the U.S., just reach out to Customer Service with your order number and the items you want to return for a return authorization. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. There is a $30 restocking fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot. E-gift cards must be used online and physical gift cards must be used in-store.
Do you have anywhere I can try things on?
Yes! If you are in Los Angeles, you can shop at our store. If you’re looking for a specific style, we recommend calling ahead to make sure it is available to try on in store.
