Domestic Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental U.S.
For orders under $150 and for any expedited shipping options, shipping costs are nonrefundable. Expedited shipping is available only within the continental U.S.
We ship most ground orders within 2 business days of purchase from our Pennsylvania warehouse.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive it within 3-8 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays, and do not offer Saturday delivery as an option at checkout. Saturday delivery may occur at the shipping carrier's discretion, especially during high volume shipment seasons.
Signing for your purchase
Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make another attempt to deliver your purchase.
You can choose to waive the signature on the shipping page at checkout. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.

Shipments to PO boxes are sent via DHL.
Puerto Rico
Shipments to Puerto Rico are sent via UPS SurePost.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to our customers outside of the United States via Global-e. Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties are included for certain regions or they are calculated at checkout, with the choice to pay now or later (if you choose to pay later, you will have to pay these fees separately when your order arrives).
